| Dive day
2. Visibility was much better and we hit
two outstanding sites. The first featured
lots of hard corals and we found some garden
eels and upside down jellyfish in a sandy
area between coral beds. The second site
was a drift dive around as island which
had more soft corals than I've seen in a
long time. Fantastic site with huge schools
of fish and lots of great small life in
among the corals.
After lunch we headed
to Leinster Bay in search of turtles. We
choose a quiet spot and started our snorkel.
Not five minutes in we found a young Hawkesbill
turtle and followed him for a while. There
were tons of bar jacks and yellow tailed
jacks. On the way back we found a large
porcupine fish. He hid from us pretty quickly
but not before we got a few pictures.
Dinner: Da Livio - exceptional
