| Day 6: December 27, 2005 - Transit to Trelew, Argentina |
|
|
| |
Today was a travel day.
We got up late and packed at the hotel and departed
for the Iguazu airport around 11am. We caught our
first flight to Buenos Aires and then transferred
to our second flight to Trelew. Nothing much to
report, just a few small anecdotes.
While going through security
at Iguazu, Dad had his safety scissors from the
medical pack confiscated. They were okay in the
US and Buenos Aires, but not Iguazu.
At Trelew the very small
baggage return belt jammed and they practically
took the thing apart trying to fix it.
There is no way to connect
with domestic flights in Buenos Aires without
having to go back through security. |
